Ask for Patrick! He is a very knowledgeable and energetic and patient sales person. He is completely bilingual which was a huge plus for me as my French vocabulary is more than limited. He was attentive to my requests to test drive 3 models and explained the perks of each. Natalia in the finance department - also bilingual-worked hard to get a good interest rate and made sure I completely understood the terms and numbers. I am now happily driving a 2015 Highlander.
