This is a review for their service department. After spending years bringing my 2005 Corolla into various non-dealer garages, proximity to a new job brought me and my car to Chassé. After a few visits now, I can honestly say that it's been a fantastic change of experience. They are very aware of "cost anxiety" and are as up-front they can be about how much something might cost. They are very communicative and take service appointments by email.  Also, even though they are in the Plateau (I live in NDG) they are extremely bilingual, have no problem communicating with me in English (which I've never insisted on), and are generally very friendly, especially Katherine in the Service Department. My Corolla still runs great, but when it comes time to replace it, I will definitely give Chassé Toyota first dibs in trying to give me a great deal!
